KL (Kory Lockhart) Construction replaced a kitchen picture window with a taller picture window and two side openers (Marvin casements/mixed Douglas-fir frame). New header was installed, new framing, new siding (old growth redwood), new exterior trim (pressure treated ponderosa pine) and interior trim (redwood). Kory brought in experienced framers to assist with the rough in work and drywallers for the interior. Kory completed the interior trim, interior painting and exterior painting. Kory picked up the custom openers, he arranged the picture window installation, Kory shopped for the required materials and Kory arrived as he planned and completed the daily tasks as scheduled, including the finished remodel. We are proud to show our newly installed windows to friends, family and visitors. We highly recommend Kory for any house or yard construction projects.
